Commissioning & Qualification of an Automated Assembly Line

This project involved a cross functional team supported by Aphex. whereby one of the largest Automated Assembly Lines in Ireland was installed for a Medical Device client in Munster. The project involved working with the renowned Automation suppliers Komax Medtech for approximately 6 months. Such work included review and analysis of all design documentation, successful FAT and SAT of all system modules and manufacturing lines, coordination of Process Validation batches, improvement of module yield and downtime through root cause analysis and A3 problem solving.
